| BOOKING VALIDITY | Confirmed booking is valid as per the dates displayed on the final confirmation voucher and printout. |
| TRAVEL VOUCHER | Upon receipt of payment, a booking confirmation or voucher will be sent via Email All clients using our service must be in possession of a confirmation print out / voucher of their reservation. In the event that the client does not have a confirmation print out, Opipare Travel reserves the right to refuse travel or alternatively demand payment of full fare ,at the rates advertised on the carriers own website , before allowing use of the Opipare Travel service. No insurance for cancellation or assistance is included in the prices mentioned on the web site. Each customer has to check he has the appropriate documents for his journey |
| PAYMENTS | Credit Cards accepted: Master Card, Visa, Diners Club and American Express. Opipare Travel (France) rates are ONLY available for Internet users who book via this website http://www.parisshuttlebus.com The rates are in Euro. Rates are inclusive of all french taxes and service charges. Any order or booking will be confirmed only after payment by credit card using the secured payment system provided by Opipare Travel SARL. After payment, Opipare Travel SARL will send confirmation by e-mail: this voucher has to be printed as a proof of purchase, and must be presented to the service provider. Payment by telegraphic/bank transfer shall be in Euro (contact Opipare Travel sarl (France) for bank details) at contact@parisshuttlebus.com
Opipare Travel (France) do not charge a service fee for processing credit card payments through internet passenger booking. Passenger also understand that the charge toward credit card will be shown as being from Opipare Travel Sarl |
CANCELLATION CHARGES | Cancelling a confirmed and paid booking less than 24 hours prior to your pickup booking scheduled, will result in 100% of the total booking price. |
| PASSENGER NAME | The passenger name should be correctly given at the time of booking. |
| Modifications & Changes | Schedule changes for date permitted at least 24 hours prior to your booking pickup scheduled time. All requests for modifications must be directed to, Opipare Travel Sarl (France) Customer Service Department by email at contact@parisshuttlebus.com, who will implement the request. |
| Surcharge | Opipare Travel Sarl, shall not be held responsible or liable for passengers missing flight or flight changes. If you do not meet your driver or call us within the pickup scheduled time which has been specified in your booking voucher, we will consider you as ‘no-show’ and you will be charged in full for the booking reservation. |
| Booking Arrangements | In all booking arrangements, the person (credit card holder) or agent making the booking shall be deemed to have accepted the booking conditions on behalf of the passenger named (if different from card holder) in the booking. |
| Our Responsibility | Opipare Travel Sarl (France), acknowledge by their acceptance, that Opipare Travel Sarl (France), its agents and suppliers, in making arrangements for transportation or any service in connection with the itineraries of individual passengers shall not be liable for injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity, liability or expense to person or property due to act of default by any other company or person providing services included in this transfer. Further, Opipare Travel Sarl (France), its agents and suppliers accept no responsibility for any sickness, pilferage, labour disputes, machinery breakdown, government restrains, acts of war and terrorism, weather conditions, defect in any vehicle of transportation or for any misadventure or casualty or any other causes beyond their control. All clients are required to respect local laws & regulations.. In accordance with French traffic law all clients must therefore wear seatbelts at all times whilst aboard the Opipare Travel vehicle. The carrier / driver reserves the right to refuse any clients that may be deemed unfit or unsuitable to travel. Any client asked to leave the carriers vehicle at the drivers request or refused boarding of the carriers vehicle will not be able to claim any refund & the carrier will not be liable for any additional costs incurred by the client. The carrier is not responsible for any loss of or damage to clients property which may occur during transit , loading or unloading. Any items of lost property found aboard the carriers vehicle must be collected by the client from the carriers headquarters. Items not collected within 2 months of reception will be deposed of. All transfer vouchers are issued subject to the terms and conditions specified by Opipare Travel Sarl (France), its agents and suppliers. Every effort would be made by the company to ensure that vehicles arrive on time. The company shall not be held responsible or liable for any delay occurs which is beyond our control. The carrier reserves the right to class all animals as additional items. In the event the there is insufficient space to take any additional items the carrier reserves the right to refuse the client from travelling. A full tarif for additional items may be obtained from the carrier . Large animals must be caged & placed in the rear of the vehicle. The carrier reserves the right to alter & modify their terms & conditions of travel at any time.
